CLEARSHIFT FEE STRUCTURE

Individuals: 0.59% or 180 ₪, including VAT (highest of the two) of the transferred amount.

Business Accounts/Non-Profits: There are several plans for business accounts/non-profits:

1. Estimated annual client activity volume below $750,000 – 0.45% + VAT or 180 ₪ + VAT (highest of the two)
2. Estimated annual client activity volume exceeding $750,000 – 0.3% + VAT or 180 ₪ + VAT (highest of the two)
3. Estimated annual client activity volume exceeding $10 million – 0.2% + VAT or 180 ₪ + VAT (highest of the two)
   *Minimum fee for US-owned accounts is $30, minimum fee for European-owned accounts is €25.

Real Estate Accounts (Israeli ownership): Real estate account activities are divided into 3 main types of transfers:

1. Investor funding – 0.59% or 180 ₪, including VAT (highest of the two).
2. Distribution to investors:
   • When distribution is in Shekels (ILS) – 0.59% or 50 ₪ including VAT (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in Dollars (USD) – 0.59% or $25 including VAT / $13 including VAT if the transfer is within the USA (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in Euros (EUR) – 0.59% or €25 including VAT / €12 including VAT if within the European Union (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in British Pounds (GBP) – 0.59% or 25 GBP including VAT (highest of the two).
3. Payments to service providers – 0.59% or 180 ₪ including VAT (highest of the two).

Real Estate Accounts (US ownership and European Union ownership – EEA): (without VAT, Clearshift USA/EEA)

1. Investor funding – 0.59% or $30 for US ownership / €25 for European Union ownership – EEA (highest of the two)
2. Distribution to investors:
   • When distribution is in Shekels (ILS) – 0.59% or 50 ₪ (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in Dollars (USD) – 0.59% or $25 / $13 if the transfer is within the USA (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in Euros (EUR) – 0.59% or €25 / €12 if within SEPA (highest of the two).
   • When distribution is in British Pounds (GBP) – 0.59% or 25 GBP (highest of the two).
3. Payments to service providers – 0.59% or $30 for US ownership / €25 for European Union ownership – EEA (highest of the two).
